Pupology is absolutely the appropriate term - Janet has obviously studied up and is incredibly knowledgeable about not only every item and morsel in her cute store, but also how her products compare with others. She educates but isn’t pushy or brash about it - her heart is truly in it. She’s a wonderful resource as well and can point you in the right direction whether it’s something fun like finding a matching bow for a collar or a specific pet health concern. She goes out of her way and her employees do the same - all to infuse joy into our shopping experience! I really do appreciate the service, products and people of Pupology 💕

Pupology is an outstanding food and supply store located in Georgetown. The staff had a wealth of knowledge for our new puppy! Every where you turn there was quality products and food. I am happy our family found this pet store located so close to us. In addition I felt the store to be clean and inviting, this is rarity for pet stores. We are looking forward to the Christmas items coming in, and we will be back!

Janet runs a great store filled with unique products that are nutritious and great for our pets. Also, amazing selection of accessories. Purchased matching sweaters for my Alfie & Felly during the Christmas season.
