Everyone at Pupology is so knowledgeable and friendly. We have 5 dogs and they each have their own needs. Janet and her team have been wonderful at helping find the right food and supplements for them. They are always willing to listen and offer suggestions. We are so lucky to have them in our community!

I stumbled across Pupology via a google search one late night when looking into “Raw” feeding my pups. I gave the shop a call around 8 pm (I wasn’t sure if they were a huge commercial store open till 9) come to find out, they’re not. 👀 Lol HOWEVER, lo & behold someone answered...well I’m pretty sure I poured out my entire life story, my fears, & woes about finding a shop and information about dog food to the poor lady on the other end of the line. 🙈She was so receptive & laughed, joked, & made honest recommendations for close to an hour before inviting me to her shop. Janet, you will ALWAYS hold a place in our hearts. ♥️ You have LITERALLY changed John & I, along with our pups lifestyle (SERIOUSLY! For the absolute best😘). 🤪😅😍 You & Kelsey have given my little fur family more information, love, treats, & suggestions than google & other pet stores combined! 🧐🙊🤯 You both always go out of your way to help us understand your products, you stand behind them, & if you don’t know the answer- you help us find it! 🥰 When I made that phone call last year I thought I’d be speaking to a run of the mill employee giving me “in stock” information, instead it was like I was calling an old friend. 🙂 I wasn’t sure what to expect when I made my way over to your shop, but when I left- I knew I had just found another family- a “pack” of my own. ❤️ You will always have our best wishes, prayers, business, & support.
